Patient portal

We are proud to introduce a new online service called Patient Portal. Patient Portal is an online presence of Express Care that enables you to accomplish many of the tasks you would perform here in the office or over the telephone, but in the comfort of your own home. To log into Patient Portal click here. Below are just a few of the features you will find on the Patient Portal:

Appointment request

Scheduling an appointment with your provider couldn't be any easier. From the Patient Portal, simply select your provider, followed by the date and time you wish to be seen. If the date and time you selected is available, your appointment will be scheduled and you will be notified electronically. If the date and time you selected is not available, then an employee will contact you to arrange another date or time.

Review patient chart information

Patient Portal gives you the ability to quickly and securely access your account information, submit changes to your account, and much more.

Review lab results

Patient Portal gives you the ability to review lab results right from your computer. Reviewing lab results no longer requires a follow up appointment or phone call to the doctor's office. If you have questions with regards to your lab results, simply message your provider right from the Patient Portal with a few simple clicks of the mouse.

Request prescription refills

In need of a refill on your prescription? No problem! Simply log into Patient Portal and submit a prescription refill request. Requests are monitored on a daily basis. If your prescription refill request is accepted, you will be electronically notified by one of our employees stating that your request was granted and informing you where to pick up your refill. Narcotic prescription refill requests are not accepted. Patients requesting a narcotic prescription refill request must first be seen by a provider.

Request a referral

Requesting a referral has never been so easy. To request a referral, simply fill out a referral request form. Be sure to include the reason for the referral request, the requested provider, and a timeframe of when you would like to be seen.

Securely communicate with office personnel

Patient Portal gives you the ability to securely communicate with your provider or office personnel for most of your inquiries. Communications are monitored daily and will be handled as quickly as possible.
