Michael Crimi, Jr. PA-C, President / CEO. Michael earned his Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Florida.  He earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center.  Michael is Physician Assistant-Certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Harriet W. Smith–McKinney, PA-C. Harriet earned her Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Florida.  She is Physician Assistant-Certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Henryk Malczak, D.O., Ph.D, Medical Director Express Care of Leesburg completed his undergraduate education at the University of Western Ontario in Anatomy. He earned his Ph.D. from Queen’s University also in the study of anatomy. He earned his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Southeast College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency at Humana Hospital in Pembroke Pines. Dr. Malczak is Board Certified in Family Practice.
